A month prior to starting an 18-year career in the majors, Ryan Zimmerman has a single, homer, double and three RBIs in his first three at-bats en route to his first four-hit game as a pro 21 years ago today.

The hits come during the Class AA Harrisburg Senators’ 11-9 victory over the Binghamton Mets in a steamy afternoon game on City Island.

The multi-hit game is Zimmerman's 10th after arriving in Harrisburg just over a month earlier.
