Outfielder Roger Bernadina becomes the first player in the Harrisburg Senators’ modern era to hit two grand slams in a season during their 8-6 victory 19 years ago today on City Island.‍

Bernadina’s second slam of the 2007 season comes in the second inning off Reading’s Carlos Carrasco.

Bernadina goes on have sporadically brilliant success in the majors, batting .236 in 548 career games over seven seasons with Washington, Philadelphia, Cincinnati and Los Angeles.
