Kirk Rueter’s first pitch at San Francisco’s Pac Bell Park

Onetime Harrisburg Senators left-hander Kirk Rueter (Class of 1993) throws the first pitch for the Giants at newly minted Pac Bell Park 26 years ago today in San Francisco.

Alas, Rueter is the losing pitcher in the game as the Giants fall to the Los Angeles Dodgers 6-5 before a crowd of 40,930..
